As Fiery said, never say never. I didn't like the Daytona and Exp II until recently, and even the GMT IIc didn't appeal to me initially, but I love all three of them now!

I admire every Rolex model for their uniqueness, high quality, and superb engineering and manufacturing attributes.
This said, my personal taste is primarily towards Rolex's sports and professional tools watch line. Just me and nothing against all of their other product lines. Like everything in life, it's all about preferences and personal taste and whatever makes you happiest. I fully respect the common adage of to each their own!! BEST REGARDS |

It is one thing about being different, it is another thing about destroying a Rolex with mods that would make a drag queen blush on his wedding.

Airking with the turned bezel
Explorer II, something about the brushed bezel Milgauss, don't care for the bolt hand |

Agreed. If they made an SS version I'd be all over that. I'm an avid sailor so its right up my alley. Right now I just use a digital to count down the starts, but there is something old school about using a mechanical watch. My grandfather still has his vintage Heuer Yacht Timer, that thing is awesome.

DJ II and DD II, they just look like the bracelet is too small for the Head of the watch.
But hey if someone gives me one I'll take it!!!!! |

I tried on a DJII a couple of times, dial looks so big and clear as if I was wearing a magnifying glass.

Hopefully I don't offend anyone but I don't like the TUDOR. For me it's the Toyota version of Lexus. Just an opinion!!!

I'm not too crazy about "modified/ customized" Rolexes, but to each his own.

Daytona was my dream watch since as long as I can remember...once I had it thats it...it gets the least wrist time. GMTiic when it came in 07 it absolutely did not appeal me..I though its bezel engravings were way too loud...but now I own it an think that this is the best Rolex...hasnt come off my wrist since last two month..It is a keeper. 16610 is another story. Have always loved it and still stays near my heart |

Not a big fan of the DeepSea (dimensions are all wrong for my liking, not the size per se as I have bigger watches) or the Milgauss (because of the seconds hand).
But hey, they're Rolexes. I might not like them as much as some other Rolex models, but I'd still choose them over a lot of other watches out there. And who knows, I might even talk myself into a DS one day. Not a gold or TT guy, but that's not Rolex-specific. |

I got my Yachtmaster because that was the only ladies' model at the time that appealed to me. I'm not a fan of the "classic" Rolex DateJust TT ladies' model, of a fluted bezel, jubilee bracelet. It is a lovely watch, and a couple of my friends own that watch. Unfortunately, for me the watch has been "ruined" by over-exposure to Seiko "homage" watch that essentially looks like the Rolex. At this point I couldn't see myself in a fluted bezel/jubilee band DJ.
Since I got my Yachtmaster in '01, Rolex has come out with a smooth-bezel, oyster-bracelet on the ladies' DJ. I like that watch, although at this point I can't do without my YM's timing bezel. |

Its Milgauss and Air King for looks, with a DSSD from a size perspective.
Also, I don't really get the WG attraction but I do think the TT Sub & YM look sharpe when you're suited up! |
