The Nko is an abbreviation of my last name Nemchenko, which is not Russian as you may think. My ancestors go back on my father's side to 14th Germany.
starting with Niemitz. The name Nemchenko, as given by 16th century Russians, means a German who does not speak the Russian language, because the czar did not require the German immigrants to speak the language, only their loyalty. The 51 is 1951 the year I was born, which was Doswell, Virginia ya'l. But have lived in PA since 1955.
