im thinking about getting one pre-owned. i know the new dssd has a ceramic bezel, glide clasp. but i really wanted to know the difference between features between the two. |

Other than what you have mentioned, features are the same except for larger size(43mm V's 40mm on the SD and thicker case on the DSSD,18mm V's 15mm?) and depth rating.....

I've had my 16600 for just over two years. I've become enamored with a lot of new, usually larger, pieces over that time. However, I keep coming back to this one. Not small, not too big, incredibly well-built, discrete, and versatile. I'd like a 116600 some day, but I really do love this one.

The DeepSea rules the castle!! All other time pieces have become safe queens!! Although I loved my SD 4000 for ten years, this DeepSea is like nothing else. I have worn it almost everyday since new!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I don't wear it I wish I was!!

I wondered how long it would be until someone posted a 1665. I hope you are the lucky owner of this one!!
