Usually on my desk, but sometimes in the lavatory and sometimes I fall asleep with it on and I might sleep with it on or not.

I take mine off when I workout as I'd rather not bang it into weights. I put it in one of those small Crown Royal felt bags so it doesn't get scratched in my bag or glovebox. You can buy the bags for cheap on eBay.
