I faced the same dilemma last month... So, I bought them both!!

MILGAUSS-
First, the Millie green is by far the most unique rolex I have owned in the past couple of decades. Elegant yet it has a hint of youthful progression... I can wear it up or down and the Green crystal & PCL makes it really pop. Looks hot with a suit or a v-neck t-shirt. REALLY LOVE IT!!!!

GMT IIc-
Bought this to replace my Explorer II white as my daily wearer... I have always loved the SUB but in Miami it is the Official Watch of Miami for obvious reasons- diving, fishing & miami vice!!! Even the busboys at the cuban restaurants sport them!!! So, I have always wanted one but could not bring myself to be so typical. The GMTIIc adds that extra little elegance that sets it apart from the Subs... the wider butcher appearance, ceramic with the fatter font and the PCL sets it off!!! Yacht-master hot with a more youthful edge!!!

Explorer II-
Has been my daily wear for the past decade... Great staple rolex!! However, i find it smallish and light for a modern sportswatch on a 6'1" 220 40 something!!! Note- I am a IWC addict!!! Love the 42-46mm range.

Cheers & good luck!!!
