I still love mine ! I think the green/black look is great - and change to my 14060M if I want an all black look.

Green is an unusual color for an everyday watch...kind of an unusual color. I can see where someone would get tired of it very quickly.

I bought my new random serial LV from Oscar less than 2 months ago. I love it so much that I bought another one today. 1 to admire, and 1 to wear. The green is just so beautiful and definitely unique. When you wear the green bezel Rolex, everyone will definitely know it's a real Rolex Anniversary Sub, and no one will mistaken it for a Invicta or some other Rolex copies. I definitely believe that this will be a very desirable collectors watch in the future.

I love my LV and have had it for years. I can understand not wanting to wear it all the time though as it does limit one's wardrobe. Getting a black insert makes a lot of sense, but instead I opted to buy a sea dweller...

I think it looks great alongside my HK91 with Namibian hardware.

I love the way it looks but would never consider owning one, I never wear anything green and to be honest I wish my GMTIIC had a red 24hour hand and not green one.

I was afraid the same thing would happen to me so the same day I got my LV, I ordered a genuine black insert. It's only been a little over a month and I have not tired of the green. I do have my black insert on standby just in case. I think of changing it alot just to switch things up, but I don't want to get into that habit. The more I change it, the greater the chance of damaging it. The green bezel makes an LV an LV. The maxi dial does too, but it's not as noticable at a glance. I bought the LV primarily for the maxi dial and the insert just grew on me. Sometimes I think I want black but I never end up going thru with the swap. Sometimes I think it would be easier just to get an additional Sub...hmmmmmmm. haha.

I'm lying alone with my head on the phone,

Thinking of you till it hurts
I know you hurt too but what else can we do
Tormented and torn apart
I wish I could carry your smile and my heart
For times when my life feels so low
It would make me believe what tomorrow could bring
When today doesn't really know, doesn't really know

I 'm all out of love, I'm so lost without you
I know you were right believing for so long
I 'm all out of love, what am I without you
I can't be too late to say that I was so wrong

I want you to come back and carry me home
Away from this long lonely nights
I'm reaching for you, are you feeling it too
Does the feeling seem oh so right
And what would you say if I called on you now
And said that I can't hold on
There's no easy way, it gets harder each day
Please love me or I'll be gone, I'll be gone

I 'm all out of love, I'm so lost without you
I know you were right believing for so long
I 'm all out of love, what am I without you
I can't be too late to say that I was so wrong

Oh, what are you thinking of?
What are you thinking of?
Oh, what are you thinking of?
What are you thinking of?

I 'm all out of love, I'm so lost without you
I know you were right believing for so long
I 'm all out of love, what am I without you
I can't be too late to say that I was so wrong...

It's OK: she was cheating on you anyway.

Interesting that many of you end up not liking the green after a while. I still love mine after 3 years. In fact, I had my LV on today. I never give any thought as to how my watches and their colors clash with my clothes. Me, I put on whatever watch I want, regardless of the color of my business suit or casual wear. My LV often goes on with my suit.

I may sound a bit silly or like a non-conformist, but I see black subs around me all the time, so I like the different look of the LV. Today, I spotted 2 black subs just in the same train car while riding to work. To me, it's neat to spot the less-common LV in the wild. Black subs are sharp-looking watches, so don't get me wrong. But there is something a little out of the ordinary with an LV that I like. Plus the maxi dial is appealing too. All in all, I really like green anyway, so my LV is for keeps.

Like doesn't do it for me...I don't buy it 'til I love it (well at least when it comes to a Rolex)....Reason why I haven't bought the new ceramic LV sub yet.
