Is around £7000 in UK, or more. |

I have just sold my DSSD. If i were you the sub would be the way to go. The DSSD is just too big of a watch for most wrists. I had mine for 4 months so i feel i gave it a chance. My 14060m gets my vote anytime.

I tried on the DSSD and was surprised that it was as comfortable as it was.
Personally, though, I'd recommend the Sub.

I love my Deep Sea. The more I wear it the more I think the 40mm case is TOO small. Can't go wrong with either.

Sub C IMHO, the perfect size and it does look larger with the bolder case/lugs...

Sub is old and tired. I would go for the DSSD, which is Rolex's most impressive watch in a very long time and you will not see on everybody's wrist like the Sub

got to try it yourself as I love the look of SDDS but just can't get past it's thickness.

I love my SDDS. The sub is also a beautiful watch and I don't think either is a bad choice. For me the SDDS just looked and felt better on the wrist than a sub, plus I am not a fan of the date mag.
I don't think I would have chosen the SDDS if my wrists were less than 7 inches. Mine are a bit bigger than 7 (7 1/4 to 7 1/2) depending. |

Try them both.
Many find the height of the DS case to be a bit much. I personally love it but not for daily wear.
SubC is perfect in my opinion. |
