whoa ok
I have a GMTc and my next Rolex is going to be a SDDS, i am used to the bigger style watch and I have tried the SDDS at my AD, I would expect it to be my weekend watch and use the GMTc for weekdays. Thats the plan anyway. Hang on to it or switch it with the SD 4000 (which sits a lot higher than the GMT & Sub but nowhere near a high as the SDDS). Good luck with your Dilemma

Call off the dogs. Just put the DSSD back on today and fell in love all over again. Thanks to TRF for the free consultation.

Give it time--you will get used to it. I think having the DSSD is a great change up to the GMTll-C. I would not do anything unless you consider going old school-and get a nice Great White!! LOL.

I wouldn't flip it. I have both and I have been wearing my DSSD lately and it is such a solid watch and it really does look good. I would keep it as it is unique in the Rolex lineup. Everyone will have a sub but very few will have the DSSD. You can always get a sub later. You will likely regret it later if you did flip it.

I would keep the Deepsea. Just wear the GMT IIC during the week and keep the DS for weekend warrior type of activities. The combo you have makes an excellent rotation (until you get a 3rd.....uh oh......)

Keep the DSSD and you will love the feel and weight after time. Plus its the king of the sea and has a lot of innovation. Thanks Mike
