Last service on my Tudor Sub was in 1997. It was recently serviced even though it was performing flawlessly.

Interesting results - 117 votes so far and fewer than 20% follow the Rolex 5 year recommendation (with a lot of good explanations above for why not).

I wonder what the numbers would look like if there were a way to survey Rolex owners in general . . . my guess is that, if anything, the average Rolex owner is less likely to send a watch in for service than the enthusiasts on this forum.
