Don't forget to turn off the Geo-Tagging ( GPS ) when posting photos with smart phones unless you want to purposely record where the picture was taken. I posted a thread on this last week.

Chad that 8 megapixel shot blows away my 5 megapixel shot from my G2... Nice and crisp!

Can one of the Mods delete my picture please, it shows my GPS info unfortunately. I have now taken location services off my phone?

Many thanks.

One of the first things I did with my Samsung Galaxy-S was disabling Flash. It's quite slow, and drains an incredible amount of battery power for displaying what is usually annoying advertisements.

If you find you're visiting websites that use Flash video or Audio, they'll probably switch over to using HTML video/audio support soon enough.

You have the option to turn it off on your phone if you wish. And my next phone will also have that option.

Haha, yeah. That's the appeal of Android. The level of Apple lockdown in iOS can be pretty frustrating. I can't change the SMS tone without jail-breaking? what a joke. No platform loyalty here, by the way.

Try to borrow an Android phone for a few weeks, if possible. That would be my recommendation. You might find yourself looking at other options after that. It took a while to start seeing the annoying glitches with mine. The iPhone4 seems to make a far more reliable phone, regardless of its deficiencies.

Apologies for my ramblings. I spend a lot of time building and testing websites/web-apps on these phones :)
