Actually, Windows has a built-in screensaver. After a period of time with no movement of the mouse or keys, a floating Windows logo will come on. You can change that to others that are built in, or get others and install them.

You are fine, JJ.

Prezzie's right. The Rolex Website has a great one. I use it on my Macs at home and my Windows laptop at work.

Actually, the NEW ones don't. The TT Blue Sub screensaver is excellent. How long has it been since you took a look there, Bo?

Haven't gone there since Baselworld 2007. I heard that you get the Clownmaster II right in the face upon entering the site, so I was kinda reluctant

Well, just went there now.

Yup. The Clownmaster went straight for my forehead. Aw, that hurt!

Anyway: Where on the site do you find the screen savers?

LOL - Ya gotta get PAST that Clownmaster III crap!

I sent this info in a PM to a member recently - let me know if it works for you (and JJ as well):

Go to http://www.rolex.com/

When the main page loads (FLASH-based) Pass your cursor over the green Rolex box on the left, and it should expand to show "World of Rolex", "The Collection", and "Inside Rolex". Click on The Collection.

Click Enter on one of the choices on the page that comes up, such as The Rolex Gallery.

In the Rolex Gallery, click on one of the choices at the bottom of that page, such as Submariner.

When the next window opens, click on Discover the Submariner.

In the next window, on the bottom right, you will see an item called Share it. Click that.

You will FINALLY be given a chance to download either a film of the Sub, OR... a Screensaver for either PC or Mac.

Good luck, all!

Great news, JJ! Sorry they had to use a fake TT Blue for the screensaver, though. I'm kinda surprised at Rolex for doing that!

I have heard they use the cheap ones no one wants,
at least you can use them as a screensaver.

LOL - great idea, Peter. BIG photo of the Clownmaster III with a warning at the bottom in small print: "USE WITH CAUTION: CAN BE HAZARDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH!"

i love the rolex flash clock from colemanitis' website. using the instantstorm program, was able to make a screensaver out of the ss gmt black. it came out really nice, as it is a working clock screensaver. here it is (zip file contains an exe file that will install the screensaver automatically)...
Attached Files
File Type: zip Rolex_GMT_II-screensaver.zip (726.8 KB, 50 views)
