Like I said, they probably saw that your Rolex savings fund was low and figured you can wait a while.

I believe they call it "marketing".

You live in Toronto. Last time I was there I went to an AD and they gave me an 8" x 11" catalog. No questions asked. We don't get those here in the states for some reason. Take a ride to the AD and go get one.

I know when I'm there next month I will

I would even go as far to say "cheap marketing".

An inexpensive catalog for a sale of a 10K + watch.

You mean they don't get all bent out of shape because they have to pay postage on the catalog

OK well to the first couple people near the beginning of the thread, thanks for the replies. Sorry it got de-railed now by people suggesting (or encouraging) harassing the Rolex 800 numbers to beg for 1000 catalogues.. I have no idea how a moderator could suggest such a ridiculous idea but I'll leave it at that

Good day

Good day
How is it harassing or begging if it's a service they have provided free of charge for years?

Like I said before...go take a ride

I have gotten them the last two years from my AD, and they come with a complete price list by model number and page.
Cheers!

Catalogues are there for sales promotion. If an AD doesn't give you one, I'd suggest avoiding that dealer and informing Rolex as well. It's plain stupidity to pay for them @ eBay or elsewhere.
