Understanding the inner workings of my watch
I would be really interested in learning more about how automatic winding watches operate. Specifically, I'd like to see how my Sub works and what each of the gears does, how it is assembled, oiled, etc.

Is there a web site, book, or video that teaches this or goes into detail?
