I recently was in milan italy and it costs 12100 Eu at the rolex boutique store. The manager did offer 10 % and also there is a substantial Vat refund. I believe this model is now approaching the A$18K mark. Please correct me if I'm wrong with the Australian pricing. Its still a very nice watch overall.

Good luck with your purchase. To make your decision more difficult, here's my TT Panda that I purchased from a trusted TRF seller. I really like it, but am still on the hunt for an SS model though I can't make up my mind re dial color.
