I've always been looking at other peoples watches, even when I was a young child...or still am! :P

All the time. I call it wrist stalking. I work in a downtown area with a lot of skyways, during the lunch hour I can walk around looking at watches, plus there's an AD in the skyway not far from me and then let me try on whatever I want.

ANYWAY, I do not want the cure either!
I can almost, and it is a stretch, understand watching Dancing With The Stars. But, admitting such - I cannot comprehend.

Comes with being a WIS. When I meet new people I somtimes forget their names, but always remember their faces and watches latest case was watching transformers 3 and noticing that Buzz Aldrin wasn't wearing his speedy in the opening scene -_-

So you have taken it one step further, noticing when people aren't wearing watches. WIS 2.0

Don't worry, I think we all do it. I find myself doing while I'm on the train, it's funny when I catch someone else doing it too...lol

Everywhere I go I check people's watches. In movies and on TV I check people's watches.

Last night we started the latest season of Dexter and I'm staring at Quinn's arm wondering if it's a Rolex (even pausing it to get a closer look - much to the hatred of my wife :) ).

Anyone else have this problem? Will it wear off after a while?!

I think I need help lol
Yes, but I'm now in recovery

Ditto, I do it most of the time. It just happens automatically and it could be a bit distracting sometimes. I don't mind having the disease though. It's fun. :D

6 years ago I was oblivious to watches. In fact I often forgot to wear a watch to work and when I did wear it, I did so only because it was work dress. Since I caught the bug it has shown no sign of abating. The only "progress" I have made is that a few other brands have caught my interest.

I was watching Piers Morgan tonigt interviewing Kid Rock and, for my satisfaction, he was wearing a very familiar watch brand, yes, the camera was mostly on his face but I could identify when they opened a bitmore showing a 3/4 shot of his full body allowing me to see his wrist wearing a gold DJ w/president bracelet . That was a show apart. Loved it!

You need help buddy. Get a larger TV screen so you can spot those watches easier without pissing your wife!

Been doing this since the late 90's. Saw Adam Levine (Maroon 5) on Leno a few weeks back and noticed he was wearing a Sub...upon further review (rewind & pause) I noticed it didn't have crown guards, that it had an old style bracelet and a nice patina...It was a vintage sub straight out of the 50's! And yes...your wifes will think your a loser for this, as mine has made it clear to me that if I value my sex life, I will no longer include her in these types of discussions!
