Own both brands, no worries in size but I agree as mentioned above the Daytona will feel "puny" on your wrist coming off a 44mm watch....go with a sub-c it "wears" bigger and not a big difference compared to your PAM. Try them both and compare you'll see what i'm talking about......

subc+omega speedy (buy the original and definitely not the coaxial fake) would be a great choice. you get two iconic watches though the daytona is also a nice option.

Welcome! I am definitely not a Rolex expert by any means, but I believe the DSSD is 44 mm.
Good luck with your decision, I'm sure you'll love whatever model you end up choosing. |

What a great forum! Again, thanks for the feedback! I'm currently working with my AD in the pacific northwest ( the same one that I bought my Panerai from) and it looks like I can't seem to get a comparable discount to the PAM I just purchased? Any AD recommendations? Outside of California please since I want to save on taxes :).
Thanks all! Mike |

I would go for the ExpII (probably the new 42mm version) and Sub-C..
I don't have a Panerai, but I do have 42mm and 46mm watches that I rotate with my 40mm ExpII. Don't feel any issue with the size difference... |
