I for one think it's a good rule and feel safer as a buyer knowing that it's in place.
I don't want to waste my time negotiating with a "seller" that doesn't actually have the watch in question. |

And it's not just about this rule. I personally would never relate that a watch was being sold due to a need for money due to hard times. It certainly can't help you out as a seller. |
