I like the ROO diver too! (No chrono version)
And I can agree with you Jeremy, it would look better with a black rubber bezel. The watch is pretty huge, never seen it live, but I suspect it's too big for my skinny wrists...

Is it as large as I'm thinking???
Damn, that my AD doesn't have it in store.

No not at all, It wears a lot smaller and more comfortable then a 44mm Panerai.

You could always fit a ceramic bezel. Once the dial options are released on the Diver, I think a silver dial with black ceramic bezel and bracelet will look stunning! Blue dial will look cool, too.

I do not think the ROO Diver has the same size
bezel as the ROO Chrono, isn't the diver 42 mm? Does AP switch parts like that??? I know it is not easy to do with Rolex anymore at least here in the US

A Thought
They should use the black ceramic or the new ceramet like they used in the Pride of Mexico:
http://forums.timezone.com/index.php...=5258363&rid=0 Also, it is much cheaper and easier to have the bezel refinished on a steel or titanium version then buying a new rubber bezel. Chris |

Thanks Chris, I hadn't realised the new Chrono's were 2mm larger. But the Bumblebee is 42mm and I think that bezel would fit the Diver.

Hi Jeremy, AP will "customise" your watch as long as it's done through them. They even have a facility where you can have your initials on the rotor if you want- instead of AP as is on the 15202 or the AP family coat of arms as on the 15300. But that would be pointless on the Diver!

The initials on the rotor are one of the customization AP will do but a very costly customization.

PSV that looks GREAT!
How did you do that??? Also the Carbon Fiber from the Bumble Bee would look pretty cool I bet but I am sure its quite pricey.

Have you ever seen the ROO SS bezel after its been refinished a couple times?
It looses the crisp edge and is almost rounded... Does not look good! The Bumble Bee bezel would be NICE but I doubt AP would do that. I gotta admit after looking at another thread I am really debating selling quite a few pieces for a Patek 5980 black face if I could ever find a nice pre loved one at a decent deal.... Gotta sell some stuff first though haha

Here's my RO from 2004. It's still in prestine condition even though I wear it frequently.

HaHa if only it was that simple Kris
I am a little tough on my watches due to both of my jobs and the fact I insist on wearing a nice watch 99% of the time... Heck, I was wearing my small 24 hr hand 1675 cutting wood a couple weeks ago haha.

Have it been polished? Maybe I just wear my watches too much, most of the times even with me when I am sleeping.
