Thanks Lisa. I carved it on whim with the kids today. Just glad I saw your thread - it gave me a reason to post some pics. I like your pics too.

Thanks. Pumpkin carving really is fun - but my kids won't let me do it - they think it hurts the pumpkin.

Thank you. My 4 year old leaves the room when she sees this guy. When he pops up he says, "Did I scare you? Run home to your mommy! Muahahahahahaha!"

Thanks, Cecilia. I have a few things hanging around outside - skeletons and such. Bones scattered about the lawn... ghouls hanging in the trees.

Well it sure looks better than my usual decorated pumpkin in front of our house. We just buy one to let people know we give candies! I think that's what most kids want anyway right?

Right you are. Anything more is just pure fun and silliness - and maybe an indication that the adults living there refuse to grow up.

Leo, after helping three kids get into costume, just finding a clean pair of jeans, matching shoes and a shirt will be the extent of it! It'll be the Harried Mom costume.

Is it too late to join in with my decorations Lisa?

Please admire THE pumpkin! I made the design (which pretty much means I drew the face on a piece of paper) and my girlfriend copied it on that big orange ball!

Photo0137.jpg

Photo0143.jpg

Bonus pictures: yesterday, while in the garage, I found what one would call "ONE BIG HELL OF A SPIDER" on the door!

Photo0134.jpg

Yes ma'am, that SMP is indeed 42mm...

Photo0136.jpg

Don't worry folks, I didn't kill it, it has the right to live!

...and of course when it told me: "what'cha lookin' at, bro?" I kinda thought I'd rather leave it alone...
