love the nickname Frosty!!!! Good choice Jay enjoy the snowman for many years to come! Here is a pic from the latest GQ magazine of Rolex promoting Frosty in their advertisement to solidify your acqusition! Looks great on you and I knew you would love it!!! Were you able to properly adjust the date?

Thanks so much, Sam! I thought you might like the name. I was able to get the date going. Being a Rolex newbie, I wasn't aware that the GMT style movement doesn't have an independent date function on the crown. Thanks again for your help with this one, the warranty card says, "Tourneau Michigan Ave" since they shipped it from Laura to San Francisco.

Very nice. I am wearing Frosty's brother right now. I really think Rolex hit a home run with the new ExpII.
Conrats and enjoy. Oh, and next time have your friend double check the insurance amount. Ouch, that would have been awful had something happened. |

Yes, the shipping was nerve wracking, as much for my friend as for me. Will definitely double check next time! And congrats on your ExpII as well!

Looks absolutely fabulous.
For those of us who are trying to decide whether we can pull off the size and not look like we are overpowered by the new E2, would you mind posting your wrist size. This watch looks like it was made to order for you to wear. Thanks in advance. |

Thank you for the kind words. My wrist size is 7.5 inches. I was always hesitant prior to the 42 mm case size, but this really does fit well.

Congrats, it's beautiful. I finally got to see one in person at my AD today. My boss wants to buy me DeepSea, and I was considering his offer so maybe I could get the " Frosty" in 42mm. It felt weird after wearing my DeepSea for 3 years to have a thinner watch on, but I did like it a lot. I have to go try it some more before I make up my mind. But your pics really make it look enticing!
