Light doesn't necessarily mean its cheap, I guess it is just the thoughts associated with light may mean cheap.

I always love the lightness of Titanium, and its overall durability. Also, does not have that shocking cold when wearing it for the first time compared to SS.

I like both SS and Ti. To each his own

Haha... gold is not the final answer though :-) There are many options other than gold ie. Platinum (but $$$$, like gold).

I think from what I recall, over time gold always wears down but I don't know how long it will take for a solid gold bracelet to wear. I'm sure it will outlive a man's lifetime.
