Just a small dinner party with some of my friends. I bought enough fireworks to put on a mini show. Got a few more bottles of this sitting in my fridge

I'll be at home reading or surfing the internet until I fall asleep, which may be before midnight.

Have fun, Dr Bob!

On a side note: the biography of Bill Graham was a great book about a very interesting life and the first bio to bring me to tears.

X2. The wife is out at her friend's house tonight. My three sons and I skipped the chicken nuggets and will dive straight into the popcorn and a movie soon. I did buy some cheap (but good) German wine that I'm sure will be gone by morning.

Do you ever think back to life before the kiddos? They sure cause some lifestyle changes. But they're certainly worth it.

It was a low key NYE this year at home. Luckily the little one was able to fall asleep at a reasonable hour

Every once in a while I would think back, but its more remembering the "glory days."

Even though my marraige is ending on a bad note (not by me), I am so glad I have my two boys. I couldn't imagine life without them.

Anyways, hae a graet time and a happy new years!!

I thought briefly about going out to get drunk and make a lot of noise, but I decided stick with plan A and stay home, surf the web, and drink some diet root beer.

Mrs. Loxmyth had surgery just yesterday, so we are home eating appetizers and having a lemon drop martini...or 3.

Our choice has been to say home, just the same!

Our sons are out and about, so it's just her and I as it was in the beginning.
I mean, before kids.

Happy New Year!
