Just whatever type of hand soap you have should do the trick and I have never had issues with a toothbrush scratching SS, Gold or Platty wither

I would not recommend using even a soft tooth brush on Gold. I just use a mild hand soap, apply thoroughly with my hands and rinse it. I once used a very soft brush on my Gold Center Oyster links, and they got a lot(a lot) of minute scratches on them. Thankfully had a gold cleaning cloth which took them out. |
