PP is very good at what they do.
I got scammed by some guy who sold me fake Titleist irons and I had to go through about a million ways to prove it before PP takes the buyer's side. They won't let this happen to our trusted seller. Good luck to the good guys, but honestly you won't need it! |

It now becomes obvious that this guy -Deluxe-has planned the scam.He obtains a fake watch, checks its authenticity on TRF through the for sale section.Even posting some pictures. Then he finds a 100% legitimate similar one on e-bay and the scam begins. What a nasty piece of !!!!!!!!!.

There should be enough evidence on here for mono to give paypal. This guy is a scammer and hopefully paypal see right through it. On a side note he tried to buy a watch off me almost 2 weeks ago. It could have been me going through this right now, hope it works out mono. Keep us up to date

MODS - is it possible to change the title of this thread to something more appropriate? Something like: "Ebay user i.d. Mono - sends real rolex, but a scheming a$$hole Damien Ietto tries to defraud him". Or something like that.

Yes! The fact that he posted the pics of the fake watch last month, long before this scam is proof that he deals in phony merchandise.
All evidence against this fool. |

Bad enough what you did , but starting this thread to rub salt in the wound was really pushing it over the edge .
I really hope that Paypal will consider this thread as evidence that you are the guilty party and not Imono . |

In the end, if PayPal doesn't make the right call here, then its existence should be questioned, IMO. Deciding these situations incorrectly just opens the door to criminal activity. A lot of people don't seem to have very much confidence in them. They need to work on that.
