Enjoy your fake, just be sure to let the next guy know it when you sell it.

You said you purchased the watch, had it checked out and it was genuine. You presented the watch here, with photos that clearly depict a counterfeit warranty paper, therefore the watch could not be genuine. Further, there are other bits with the watch that are also counterfeit. There are many deceptive counterfeit Rolexes being produced. Based on the totality of the evidence, and a couple watch photos, and without physically examining the watch, who would say the watch is genuine, whether it is or not. It is prima facie that the watch is counterfeit based on your presentation.

So, the totality of everything you have presented here, and your cavalier attitude, indicates to me that you have no credibility and are not to be trusted. Further, I, nor anyone here, believe anything you have written or presented. You proved nothing to anyone except your post was sophomoric at best and moranic at worst.

When I checked our Dekku on WHOIS, they are registered with Tucows but hide all of their information. NOT a good sign.

I came across this seller's ads on ebay as well. Its when I spotted 2 different accounts 1)sharkiescards, and 2)elegant_time_pieces both claiming to be Dekkus Fashion that I said to myself that someone is going to get scammed. Whether they are selling fakes, or running auctions on the hope that they can sell watches at a higher price than what they can buy them for, I do not know. Ebay can be a real scary place for inexperienced buyers. I see fakes and scams all the time. I report them, and often they are not pulled down.

I think the economy being so bad for so long has some people looking to make a buck even if they have to steal to do it.

"I received the watch and took it to my Jeweler in Toronto. They are Canadian and I was in Halifax this week and dropped by the store."

Last time I checked Toronto was a fair hike from Halifax. Have they moved either of these two cities lately?

Compared to Moscow and Vladivostok, Halifax is a suburb of Toronto!

Check out this link on them....it says their domain is somewhere nea Vancouver. It's really shady...almost as though they randomly are taking over someone else's Bbay account from time to time.... These guys also have a twitter account and a Facebook account...not much info on those pages though....they come up on Google searches for Dekku Watches or Dekku Fashion. Shady stuff!

Hello to all Rolex afficionados.

I am so disappointed with what happened here but I am glad to know the truth. Let me first introduce myself, I am a freelancer here in the Philippines. I saw dekku watches posting a job that they're looking for SALES AGENT. So I bid on it, hoping that I will get hired. And then that's it they hired me,they said that for every single sell that I'll make I will be getting 10% commission. Which is quite big,so I posted every pages that is talked about, rolex pages to on facebook and sent personal messages to a prospect buyer.

Through GOD's will I clicked on this site(TRF),I always wanna see proofs of them as a legitimate seller of Rolex. So i clicked on search button and typed dekku, surpisingly what I found is a very alarming link. "Watch out Dekku"

About the ebay? they also posted on freelancer that they're looking for experienced ebay seller.

Hello to everyone here. I don't see myself staying to long on this site, because I don't even have my own watch. Rolex is just for rich, not for me. Well I can always ask someone "what time is it" and earn a new friend.

Spend your time wise,Be a good samaritan to all and enjoy the luxury things later.

The eBay name of "sharkiescards" that hanybad alerted us to; has a feedback score of 100%. However none of the recent items that were sold were watches and the older ones are undisclosed, but the feedback does not refer to watches either; just cars and engine parts. Not the typical high-end watch store's normal inventory.

I sent a message to sharkies cards via eBay here's their response: Hi Chris not sure where this ebay member is getting the info? We have only one store in Halifax and nowhere is it listed that we are located in Illinois. We are not listed with Google maps yet so it will not show us listed on that street just yet. We are not in the business of making false promises. We deliver our products all over the world with out complications.- sharkiescards
I've replied back with a link to the Illinois store of the same name and a link to this thread. Hopefully they will respond here.

Here is the response to me providing sharkiescards with a link to the "store" in Illlinois that they deny they have as well as a link to this thread:

Hi Scott thanks for your concern If your worried wait a couple of weeks I will have more listed and Im sure there will be postive feedback from other buyers Thanks chris- sharkiescards

Well, that certainly cleared everything up for me!?!

I have sent them another message detailing the concerns everyone has about them. I have provided them a link to this thread asking them to respond here. I informed them that this forum's members represent a quite large potential customer base that would be pleased to find out that they are legitimate. I believe the ball is in their court now.

Another dead giveaway for a scam website... They can't even spell Milgauss consistently correctly on the dekku.com website. On the homepage it's Milgauss, then on the subpages it's Milguass!! Check out this crazy url with the two spellings: http://dekku.com/index.php/rolex-mil...ilguass-1.html

Here is "Sharkiescards" response to my request for information about Dekku. It appears that the reason behind the multiple eBay IDs is that they are allowing their salesmen to sell watches online using the salesmen's eBay IDs :

"Hi Lets wait till the auction ends and see what happens I have'nt sold for this company before and Im concern too When I have the watches in hand and checked over I will relist them Not here to take anybodys money - sharkiescards"

Checkout Sharkiescards other listing:
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Yacht-Master-...item3a712a687d

Look at the picture. Why is a company from Canada called Dekku using a photo from www.watchcentre.com which happens to be located in London, England. Does Dekku even have any of these watches that they are selling? Or are they sourcing them after the sale? Or is it a complete scam where they have convinced a hapless Sharkiescards (He has never sold watches for them before, by his own admission) to use his accounts, sell a nonexsistant watch, send Dekku the money from his paypal account (minus his commission) with the hope that Dekku will send the buyer a watch that never materializes?

My latest note to Sharkiescards:

"Dear sharkiescards, Why is Dekku using a photo that has a watermark from an entirely different company? Does Dekku even have any of these watches in their possession? Please be careful. If they are having you use your own PayPal account make sure you aren't holding the bag if the watch never gets to the buyer."

His response: "You have me worried" I think a little prayer for "Sharkiescards" might be in order.

Sharkiescards sent me a note:

"I ended the auction
Something didn't seem right
Thanks for your concern
- sharkiescards"

I believe we can safely state that Dekku Fashions is a scam, but, Sharkiescards is an honest man.
