"trans" = "cross" (prefix, Latin). "i/o" = "input/output" (peripherals that connect humans to computer systems). So "trans-i/o" would mean something like connecting humans across the Internet, or transcending technology, or whatever... Not sure exactly, I just thought it sounded cool. It was my first domain name I bought (in 1998)

The whole series by Orson Scott card have been some of my favourite books for years. |

Wouldn’t have guessed there were multiple fans around here.
The Enders game film should be out next year which will be interesting, the philosophy’s probably a bit heavy in the later books for sequels though. |
