John Travolta, Tom Cruise, George Clooney... plenty of celebs w/ very similar rumors. Like others, I couldn't care less what people do in the private lives as long as it doesn't affect/hurt others. However, if you are a public figure who makes a lot of money due in large part to a certain image (well crafted in most cases), when the real life & public image don't mesh.. let alone conflict, then the public has a funny way of getting it's pound of flesh.... so to speak. Tiger is a great example. Doesn't mean they aren't good at what they do or that they are ruined... just sooner or later the truth usually comes out.

I kind of thought the rant he allegedly went on with the alleged victim on the evils of the "Hollywood system" was intresting. Very similar to Mel Gibsons drunken rants as well.

If the allegation does prove fals, then I suspect Gibson was the source material for that fabrication. If not, then I wonder if that is also the church of scientology's "secret position" as well.

grew up watching him on "welcome back kotter" (also grew up down the block from the opening credits of the show) long before i understood political correctness...
the thought of it just makes me uncomfortable ...

he denies being there yet reports say there are cameras placing him in the area???

pulp fiction is one of my favorite movies.

ps i used to eat pizza from lennys pizza(not great), also down the block, which was featured in "saturday night fever" in the same neighborhood as kotter, trovolta got 2 slices to go... placed 1 slice directly on top of the other

When you're that rich and famous maybe it's harder to get a thrill. I don't know and true or false I really don't care. It's none of my business.

However since he's a celebrity with money and a rumored secret to protect he's ripe for the picking. If he did any of what he's accused of then he is becoming self-destructive for the very first time in his very public career. I agree with the smoke/fire analogy but for him to make advances to a stranger for the first time in an almost 40 year career I'll need a smoking gun to believe it.
AGREED...

The big red flag is also however, the two who came forward with these allegations both hired the same attorney to handle this case? Hrm, connected?

I must be jaded and cynical... I figure, if they've been married that long, she probably isn't surprised. People marry and stay married for different reasons. Assuming any of this is true, anyway.

When ol' Bill Clinton got into trouble with Monica Lewinsky I could only imagine Hilary's reaction... behind the scenes she was probably saying to him, "You idiot! Couldn't you at least have the sense not to get caught!"

Surely you jest.

Saturday Night Fever and Grease were two of the biggest played movies of all time, and Travolta has starred in other major hit movies. He is as big a box office draw as any actor.

If it were just one guy, it would be easy to overlook. 2 guys making the same accusation is getting tougher to overlook. Now with a third guy stepping forward I'm begining to believe there might be a bit of credibility to their accusations.
