In cases like this I like to throw in something like "oh you live in city, tx, I have a cousin you lives there as well, I'd like to arrange for them to stop over and see the watch before I purchase it". Then see what they say. FYI, in cases where the watch is this expensive you might also seek out a TRF member who lives nearby who would willing to be your in-person proxy. I'd certainly extend that offer myself for anyone in the greater Denver, CO area.

I just cannot believe how dumb this guy REALLY is!!!
He's actually still waiting for my 17k to clear....

This is what he wrote today.....

Look the money is not in my Bank Account. You have to send me the payment confirmation slip by email for me to call or go the bank for verification.
