another amazing experience at Tourneau
walking through the GSP in jersey as i am thinking about buying simple watch to take with me to Mexico City.
i see an explorer II 40 polar and have to check it out. i have debated it since starting to appreciate more moderately sized watches. of course, it was in their pre-owned section. now just to be clear, they state that these watches are thoroughly inspected and in pretty much new condition. the links literally had so much space, i could read a book through it. i bring this to the attention of the sales guy and he looks at me like i am crazy. i have honestly never even seen a bracelet with some much space in between the links. never ever.... dude comes up with tons of excuses as to why it is the way it is. i stop him and look him directly in the eyes and ask "do you really think this watch is fit to be sold ($5,495)"? homedude evades the question over and over again. i say "thank you very much for your time" and walk. continued reason that i will never ever purchase another watch at Tourneau.
