both are great, somewhat pedestrian, but fine daily wearers
personally i'd chose the sub because it has the date and it can take more smashing up before it looks nasty

Every Friday night the Daytona goes on the wrist and stays there till Sunday night, other than that it comes out for formal occations only.
But if I needed to sell a watch the Daytona would go before my 14060 or 16610 LV, no doubt about it. Imo keep the Sub C and save however long it takes for the Daytona. |

The Sub is my favorite model and would be my choice as a daily driver. The Daytona would be a great second watch to contrast the Sub.
