chronoagent,

You've lost my business and everyone else I associate with. SaudiPaneristi, I really hope you get your money back.

I am so sorry khalid for that incident….
Chronoagent, seriously don’t know how to put that in a nice way… however, when I read your reply saying "the reimbursement has been transferred before answering to this post !" somehow and for no reason I knew it's not gonna happen!!!

Money send...and wait for 2 months...Omg...For me, I can't wait for a week if they received the funds.

Seller should really think about Why is this post here and should understand buyer's fear.

chronoagent, Can you send me a watch and I pay you in 2 months later?
Feel in this way please...

Just to indicate the power of the forum and these kinds of threads.

A few days ago a friend and I were looking for a sub C for his wife. I suggested he look at non AD for a better price. He called me a minute or two ago saying he found some on chrono24 and gave me the name of the place he was thinking of buying from ( based on price , location and that it was a trusted seller). When he mentioned chronoagent , I thought it sounded familiar so I searched for it here.

Needless to say I advised him to be rather careful , and pointed him to this thread.

Long story short , chronoagent has lost a very likely sale.

The power of Internet and word of mouth .......

Ok, This story has finally come to an end
Today Sun 29th July my refund hit my account (Euro 4588) less than the real deserved refund by Euro 212!!!. But oh well..

This just proofs who was saying the truth and who was pushed by the power of this GREAT PLACE and its GREAT MEMBERS to refund my money!.

It was really a VERY BAD experience but God willing it will NEVER happen again!!.

Thanks a lot for all the awesome friends and members who supported me in all of this chaos! I'm very much grateful

GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

Khalid

Wow, this is one of the worst scenarios I have ever seen. And the seller has 3 websites? The complete lack of accountability is fringthening. Fight the good fight Saudi!

The user saudipaneristi has written the following post on your forum. As per our company policy we do not normally reply or comment but on this occasion we had to intervene.

1, To write the word ‘scammed’ is a criminal offence under Italian jurisdiction and it is punishable under the libel law for damaging the company.

2. In the post, the image of our website and homepage is used without our authorization.

3. In regards to the business with Mr Khalid, I can summarize that:

ü First of all, the final cost of the watch delivered, Rolex Explorer II ref.16570 NEW, was Euro 4.400,00

ü We can already confirm that we are willing to take the watch back at the same amount paid as it Is hard to find those watches, new, in the box as they are no longer made (controlla questa frase visto che la traduzione letterale non si puo’ fare)

ü The BACS payment arrived form Mr Khalid was for Euro 8.988,00, see second attachment. Mr Khalid sent us the wrong IBAN number, therefore we were unable to send the correct refund beforehand, see third attachment. The correct refund was sent as soon as we had the right details from him, see attachment number 4.

If your forum administrators decide to leave his post, is their choice, but you are obliged to remove the word ‘scammed’ and the images of our website, first of all, because it is a criminal offence and second because they did not have our permission to use them. Saying this, we are open to talk and communicate with any clients but this does not allow clients to abuse our patience , you need the same respect between buyer and seller. Chronoagent has delivered hundreds of watches throughout the world and feedbacks are visible and verifiable by anyone.

We do not want to complain with Mr Khalid, it has been a reciprocal misunderstanding and we want to invite him to Italy to come and visit us and our office and the offer is open to anyone in this forum.
Yours sincerely,
chronoagent

You have done much harm to your 'business.'

There are plenty of great sellers on this forum. I can't imagine that any TRF members would choose to deal with such a hostile seller in the future.

Good to hear that you received the refund.

In the future, just buy from one of the trusted sellers here. No worries. Just the anticipation of receiving the box and the only worries you will have are making sure to take the stickers off.

Ridiculous. Chronoagent, you need to realize that your bad business practices will be made public by your customers. That is not considered libel in any country. What you did was clearly wrong and your business should suffer because of your actions - that’s how a free market works. Customers vote with their feet. Good bye!

Hi guys,

I thought I needed to contribute to this.

I wish I had found this page before I tried to buy a watch from them over a month ago.
I've transferred the money and they confirmed by email receiving the funds on Feb 18th 2014.
Despite tens of emails exchanged where I keep asking, they have:
- not provided me with a receipt or any form of bill for the transaction;
- lied week after week that they have sent the watch, or alternatively they will send it that day or the next;
- not provided a tracking number (obviously, since they don't have one).

Currently they are in breach of contract (15-20 days allowed for delivery) and I am trying to have the transaction reversed by my bank, and will try to have them audited by the consumer protection agency in Italy. If anyone can help with the latter, please let me know.

Best regards from Amsterdam,
Radu
