if he's purchased 3 Previously enjoyed rolex's at a decent price from a dealer/shop or private
We're talking about only 15-18k
By the looks a lot of people here on TRF can afford watches 20-60k on the spot.

So why not believe him,

Anyway, here's what I have so far. The DJ 1601 was already in the collection prior to joining TRF. And a GMT is on it's way! Looking at a Sub now as I let a great deal go yesterday. Also, I purchased these from TRF sellers where there's feedback in the who's who section :). These aren't the most expensive out there but they caught my eye! Cheers!

But I found it helpful to stop and evaluate if each purchase met my expectations for what I had hoped to achieve/gain, whether it be utility, satisfaction, attention, prestige, status, individuality, conformity, investment value, etc. Practical considerations other than opportunity cost include the annoying lack of winder space that ensues.
