In the 80's the company I worked for at the time edited many, many videos for MTV. We even had MTV in one of our studios as a client. There were some dogs.

Years later I found out a recent co-worker, Paul, was the Keyboard player in the 80's band "Animotion". Their only hit was the song, "Obsession". The video is horrendous. Paul, is the guy dressed as the Sheik. I pick on him all the time about the video. He's a great guy and a good sport.

The choir, was that some sort of pharmaceutical commercial about the harmful effects of.....?

The billy squire video was embarrassing in a Flash Dance kind of way. But I have seen far worse. Some of Hall and Oates early stuff...even Daryl said he looked like the kind of blonde chic he always wanted to go out with.

I guess those early videos tended to go heavy on the camp or just bizarre. See most anything Bowie or Bryne or......
