Thanks very much for taking the time to respond, guys. The poll says Top Hat, but I'm going to have the dome and a new set of gaskets popped on it as soon as the package arrives and leave it like that for a while. I'll still have the Top Hat so it's really just a question of taste, I guess.

Well, by way of an update the red head (see what I did there?) is packed up along the with the Tropic dome, and will go off to my watchmaker today

Should be back in my hands within a week or so, and naturally the usual photos will follow!
