Final exciting update: Watch service has been competed and Tivol has received my watch. They are overnighting it down here to Clearwater so I should have it by tomorrow morning! I can't wait to be reunited with my baby!

Also, I was told that the problem was that the crown was bent. Not sure how that would happen but that's what they said.

It's feels like i'm getting an all new watch...pictures to follow tomorrow

Man, sorry it had to cost you ANY money.

Oh well, at least the problem was identified. I wonder if it could've been prevented.
