Recieved warranty card for Rolex LE TOG. Interesting sidenote. Pics.

So I recieved my warranty card in the mail for the Limited Edition Japan only 300 pieces Green Hand/Date wheel/Turn-O-Graph on the dial TOG.

The warranty card arrived in this envelope stuck inside of the paper.

I knew the serial number was going to be an "F" when I bought it. The white dial one that I saw was a "D" serial number. I asked how these could be new if they were Ds and Fs and the salesperson stated that Japan sometimes does that. Interesting as I have never experienced this with any other type of Rolex I have seen in Japan.

However true enough the warranty card arrived and it was in fact a CARD not the old papers that you would expect from an F serial number.

Bet you have never seen that before. An F serial number on a new credit card style warranty card.

and finally tucked away in it's leather pouch that I got at the time of purchase.
