Yup, "no plans" does not mean "never".

Actually, to me it alludes something else coming, just not sure when

Panerai will keep the ball rolling with the Bronze.... look at the limited 249 edition.. Now we have a 448... Plus there is now a regular production Cali. I don't mind... Keep the watches coming. I think the true treasures are the MM dials.. Those are special... Cheers!

Don't speak so soon... with the Italian (and EU) economy on the fritz, I'm wondering if the Italian Navy would turn down an offer from OP to buy the MM name/TM...

Another thing's sure is that we will see a lot more in-house than ever.

Just curious, does OP gets in-house made cheaper than having to buy mvmts from Swatch?

3. A lot of chronographs
4. A new 8 day power reserve movement that will be cheaper and fit to regular run 44mm pams such as 111 .

4 is very interesting! I hope it fills out the case nicely and doesn't make the watch too thick.

Agreed. Number 4 intrigues me as well! Would love it to be more affordable than the 233.

If true, all bad. 2013 won't be the year of OP...

Going to have to politely disagree. Personally - I've been after a Bronzo for a while but spending $8K over list is insane IMO.

If there is a chance that a new one may come my way (even though I'd prefer it without a power reserve on the front) I would be a happy man.

I have some sympathy for current owners but an LE is an LE. They made the amount that they promised they would.

As mentioned earlier - "no plans" is not the same as "never"

+1 I'm not even sure a ceramic sub makes any sense...
Are we sure that this isn't the sub they already have on the website with the ceramic insert?

Remember, What is shown at the SIHH is often altered before production begins. Also, as you know, we won't see some of these models in distribution for months, and months, and months!

The wait continues!
