Rolex service center Hong Kong Ph (country code +852) 2249 8888.
I've lived in Hong Kong for 13 years and have bought 4 Rolexes from 4 different shops in that time. There are dozens of authorised dealers everywhere here, as well as lots of (reputable and not so reputable) gray market retailers.
My advice is do your homework before you shop here: know EXACTLY what you want, how much you can get it for in your home market and what the warranty card looks like. Cash will definitely save you the credit card commission (2-5%) as well as the hidden conversion charge your non HKD card will atract (1.5% Visa/MC, 2% AE). There's no love lost here between customers and dealers, so be prepared to bargain hard, particularly at the moment as there's a lot of money around and dealers don't see the need for large discounts.
