Here is my opinion...that is an absolutely gorgeous watch..the price seems very fair to me but more importantly you have bought a classic Rolex that will hold its value or increase over time..As long as you are comfortable with what you paid then you got a great deal..wear it in the best of health
Congrats

It's a beauty!

I have loved mine! I started with a Datejust and was never happier than when I sold it and purchased a 14060 No Date. You have a fine watch, sir.

Any price under 5K is fine as long as you love the watch, otherwise even if it was 4K it would be too much.

It is a fair price, a new one would fetch somewhere around $6000-$7000 I believe.

As has been said, appears that you did well. More importantly, you took your time, did your research, and took the chance by jumping in and making your first deal. Keep learning, and think each new purchase through like you did this one and you can anticipate years of future collecting enjoyment. Remember that one makes their money in the buy, so if you buy right, you will always have a viable exit strategy, should that need arise.

Again, congratulations! Wear it in the best of health.

When I purchased my first DJ, I paid too much.
But I love that watch, so it was worth it in my mind.

Several sellers have confirmed that the Rolex Submariner is their number one selling watch. I just took two submariners to a watch show last month, I sold them in the first few minutes of walking in the door for a nice profit....

So enjoy your watch, post a picture of your watch and show your submariner pride....
Hello
You're a lucky man .. could you give us the recipe to sell watches it so fast?

You did well, we all think if we waited maybe one would come for a $1000 less. Wear it and forget about if you did well on the price.

You bought it so it definitely was a fair price. I've paid more for lesser watches. It's a classic!

Looks like a good deal to me. Best deal I could (from a trusted seller) with a little warranty was $5250. I bought a new one from the local AD with full warranty for not too much more.

I definitely could have have gotten one for less, but I had a criteria, I wanted something in mint condition, less than 8 yrs with box and paper, and a 2 liner....and the serial to carry the last 2 liner was a plus

Congrats! Without pics cannot comment on price.

You're smiling and that's all that counts!
