I understand more than most. I wear mine 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I never take it off, I even sleep with it on (yes folks, when you don't own a brick/wall clock, you CAN keep it on all day!). On the odd occasion I have taken it off (such as last weekend when I was choosing a new one) I feel completely naked.
