Mont Blanc Meisterstuck Ball Point with Platinum Accents
Fisher Space Pen To be honest, I loved the Mont Blanc when I first bought it, but I feel that calling it overpriced is a gross understatement. The ink flow is not the best at times, but it does have nice balance. I really only like to use it to write checks (haha). I used it daily while in college for note taking. The Fisher Space Pen, on the other hand, has very consistent ink flow (pressurized) and I love writing with it for that purpose. It never dries out (unlike the Mont Blanc). It's only downfalls are it's small size (even with the cap off/on the back to make it full size) and poor clip design. For the price - I don't think you can find a more convenient pen than the Space Pen, in terms of ink longevity, ink flow, and size; when capped it is small enough to stay in my pocket without causing discomfort. I used to swear by my Mont Blanc but feel that it is inferior to the Space Pen. |
