I have a black Everest Band, and fitted it, but removed it without even wearing it. I'm a bracelet guy I guess.
If anyone wants to buy mine, drop me a pm, will accept $90 shipped with Tracking. |

Everest band for sure, simple and classic and has the end link look to it.

I use RubberB with Explorer II.
Looks great but quality is worlds behind IWC rubber. Price is lower too. From the above picture, Everest looks of more quality to me. One complaint about RubberB: that shorter strap is too short putting the watch in awkward place (I am not able to picture it right now). |

The Everest Band looks pretty good. If Rolex just filed for a patent on the same polyurethane material used in the Everest Band, then that probably means Everest took a good route. I also like the cleaner look on the Everest Band; the break lines don't extend all the way down the band, thus averting the busy look.

I have an Everest.
Use on occasion for a few days justo switch it up. It's just something different |

I like them both. I think I'm gonna pick up a rubber b for my 16610 and try it out. I'll let everyone know how I make out.

Update ...
I now own both the Everest and Rubber B, wear both on the Everest Glide Lock (which I can't praise enough) and love them both equally.
The Everest is a touch thicker, and two touchs wider, which I perfir on my SD. The Rubber B is tapered more and with it's lines running down the strap more suitable for my LV, imho. Both are high quality, fit perfectly and install easily. The rubber is different in texture and feel, but the same in softness and comfort. The elephant in the room is the difference in prices, only you can decide if the Rubber B is worth the extra $$. |

I was a little apprehensive with the Everest supplied spring bars at first. After installing them on the watch head without the strap and giving them an good pressure test between index finger and thumb, and doing the same with the OEM Rolex spring bar, I felt totally reassured.

Where is the "original bracelet" button?
Rubber straps are uncomfortable, ugly, and cheap... No thanks! Just my opinion guys, don't flame me... |

//Flame-free I beg to differ! If I had to choose between my 16600's SEL OEM bracelet and my Rubber B, the bracelet would win hands down... As for my PAM; despite now having a half-dozen fantastic custom leather straps, I still find the OEM rubber to be comfortable, good-looking and there's certainly nothing cheap about it... Quote:

None of the above. I prefer Italian rubber w/ custom end links. Besides, much more reasonably priced, reversible, high quality, and another opportunity to get the purists shorts in a bunch.

I haven't tried the RubberB but love my Everest - plus Mike is a great guy and offers a very personal service. I am very happy with Everest.
