I believe that this age group was tired of the tuna can fliploks and though the ceramic inserts came "along with" the new machined clasp sections (you have to buy the whole package, another words), it's was sorta a bitter sweet and somewhat welcome bonus to get an insert that would always look "pretty" and thus, never would fade; all while secretly and never admittingly saying that they were actually foolproof and a marvel of ROLEX "over- engineering"...

I'm not sure what the results reveal, since older people tend to have more money for things like a Rolex. Also, at this point, ceramics are so prevalent across the Rolex sports range, they are tough to avoid if you want new (and, at these prices, I think most do). But, fun poll nonetheless.
