I purchased my SubLV at Benari Jewelers in Newtown Square (technically I purchased it when they still had their store in Media). Every year they have a 10% off everything in the store sale to move old stock, and I believe it is in the fall. Good luck finding a solid AD!

Right. It's not that they show preference to their existing customers, it's that I was proactive about getting one, was told that I was first on the waiting list, assured at every turn, and now they don't even have the courtesy to call me back.

It's surprising because you expect this type of don't care attitude from a national chain, but this was at a family-owned AD.

And thanks for the suggestions everyone! It feels good to get it off my chest too.

Tons of great options in the area.

If you're looking at Newtown (18940), ask for Steve at Bernie Robbins. He's a great, no-pressure salesperson who knows a ton about watches and will go the extra mile without being annoying about it.
