That is exactly what I was thinking, and my rationale for not wearing mine at night.

Makes sense to me as well, but I was under the impression that bracelet stretch was a byproduct of dirt in and on the pins/screws of the bracelet... not actually wearing of it, unless you wear it really, really tight.

Regardless, I just find it uncomfortable to wear at night.
