Lastly, on my own 6.75" wrist. 44mm could have worked, but candidly was too large...so happier with 392, 42mm.

Of course it looks too big on photos like this, but you already knew that by posting in the first place. But then again, who cares? It is your life, do what you makes YOU happy!

Too big IMO. I don't like the lugs to extend past my wrist. As awesome a watch as that is, if it doesn't fit you probably won't wear it in the long run.

It's not big. It may look too big when you take a picture like that but it actually fits you well

+1 long time wear might be a little uncomfortable, trying it on with no natural movement is one thing, but going half a day with it on will really tell you the truth. ( In the end, go with your gut )

47mm supposed to be a big watch...... If you like it a lot, try to wear it with a thicker straps and tight...... Otherwise, just go with 390 then.

the 372 is gorgeous. But a 44mm case will better suit those wrists. How bout a used 233.

Actually there are some distinct differences between the 1940 and 1950 case designs.

47mm on 6.5'' wrist. Objectively speaking too big but I like big watches and get plenty of compliments. Also get people who much prefer my 34mm vintage Omega seamasters. To each their own. Wear what you like..

Some forearm isolation workouts will do! You know its a little big for you, but if you feel comfortable with the size and weight on you then its good.

way to big, and will most likely not feel that good on the wrist. you are lucky. you can wear 99% of the watches made. im limited in my mind with an 8" flat wrist. only wanting larger watches im screwed
