Never has a dial been so captivating in person while looking somewhat bland in photos. They captured lightning in a bottle with the dial. And it carries with it all of the benefits of a steel ceramic sub. What more could you want?

The Hulk looks more modern, young, fresh, cool, hip, different.....

I vote LV.

Rather go all gold than two tone, I simply don't like it. Not a fan of the blue either, other than the white gold sub...that is something else. So hulk for me

Nothing pops like a TT classic blue. There is a reason Rolex is trying to recapture the right dial color.

I love TT watches but voted for the LV. If it was against the 116613LB I would have voted for that model as I don't like the blue on the 16613.

I voted for the LV Hulk but if you were comparing with the new Blue dial Plat YM I would have chosen that, if you sell used cars are over 55 then the two tone sub is a perfect choice. :)

Blue all day long, don't get me wrong, I like the Hulk, however, when I think Submariner, and what it stands for, I think water, and when I'm thinking Submariner and water, and diving, I'm thinking deep, shimmering, sparkling blue.

I turn 29 in september, I had the same dilemma 16613 versus the LV.

The 16613 won.

I felt that the 16613 was more versatile than the LV and a better value.

That's what I said and look what happened. I really enjoy having two subs. My LB is my favorite but was my second purchase.

Nothing can match that beautiful dial of the 16613 piece. Bought this U series brand new from an AD in Carmel Ca back in Jan of 1999 and at the time it was the watch to own, maybe the excesses of the 90's but still beautiful... I was 36 and didn't feel the gold made me old, seems nowadays if it isn't brushed stainless its just not in the conversation. BTW, almost 15 years old and still the best looking dial anywhere and I can see why Rolex is trying to correct it.. Still had the drilled lugs, miss that on most of today's Rolex..

For me the bluesy is it. I know I'm probably the minority but I'm just not a fan of the hulk. It's just too much green IMO.
