I would really like to see some Wilsdorf and Davis' if anyone has any! Al? Would you mind? If I could get my hands on one of those one day and restore it I would wear it with a finely tailored english suit to a wedding or the like :)

Sure! I was thinking more along the lines of members' unusual or limited production wristwatches than pocket watches when I started this thread, but here you go.

The case (silver) has an English hallmark for 1908, the same year Wilsdorf & Davis registered the name Rolex. That was part of my attraction to it. I'm meeting with a watchmaker in Toronto tomorrow afternoon to discuss the restoration.
