Totally original Rolex watch no aftermarket parts at all with an original brand new Rolex 116619 blue sub dial added - I still have the original black dial.

Spot on a Pinarello Dogma 65.1 Think2 with campagnolo bora ultra 80s I changed the handlebar tape to white on black but here's an old pic with black tape ill post another tomorrow :)
