Thinking about purchasing. Does this look legit?

Watch is a V serial and just came back from Rolex with a complete service. I've attached some pictures. Warranty card is dated but name is left blank. Just wanted to see what you guys think overall. Guy hasn't seemed shady nor is he selling it for a "steal" but it is a very fair price compared to what I've seen here and other places. The guy is very firm on his asking price too so that kind of leads me to believe it's most likely legit. Anything look off to you guys?
